As part of developing diverse organisation you may have specialised mentoring Programmes such as 30% Club or BAME reverse mentoring. We work with both groups of mentees and mentors to share insights to enhance the mentoring experience.
How we work with Group Coaching

Coaching Networks
We work with small groups, typically of six, drawn from across a larger talent or leadership cohort. We coach how to access resources to accelerate their individual and collective success, either as the next generation of leaders or in implementing strategy.

Focus Groups
Whether wanting to engage a selection of your people in ideation on the big questions facing the organisation, or testing out new organisational values or strategic plans, we work with you to glean a wide topographical insight.

Large Groups
We use Open Space technology to facilitate engagement with hundreds of people around key organisational challenges or the spreading of good practice across the business, typically as part of a wider conference.
