What’s involved
A trusting relationship
Coaching starts and ends with a trusting, open relationship. We will work together over a number of sessions, depending on what you want to achieve. Being an objective partner means I am fully attentive to you and your needs.
Underpinning beliefs
You naturally are resourceful and likely to have the answers within yourself if you have help to look for them. The outlook you choose affects everything - your beliefs, your thinking, and your actions. Ultimately your outcomes can all be changed by changing your outlook. You have more potential than you have yet realised.
What do I add?
Sometimes, we need an independent voice to get beyond what our friends, family and colleagues see for us. As an experienced coach, I am aware of my own lens on life, notice my own responses to what’s being discussed, and work hard to put these aside so they don’t get in the way of focusing on what you need.

How will we work together
“The session had an incredibly powerful impact on me and gave me lots of food for thought. There have been a few times in my career where I have had a breakthrough moment of clarity that helped me in my development. Our discussion on my view of accountability and leadership and how I move from an individualistic view to a shared view was one of those moments. Thank you for helping me achieve that clarity.”
