Team Coaching

What’s involved

Discovery

We start by understanding your organisational context through interviews with team members and key stakeholders.

Working sessions

We design with you a series of team working sessions to plan improvements in the team system, including relationships within the team and with key stakeholders. We work in the moment, either in the room or virtually, to coach the coachee - your Team.

Progress Reviews

We hold regular review and feedback discussions to enable the team to learn as it goes along, as well as flexing our style to best suit your needs.

Systemically enhance the key elements of your Team terrain

  • Dream it.

Based on an understanding of your business landscape and stakeholder expectations do you know where you want to play and how you are going to win? In short, what is your team purpose and vision?

  • Plan it.

What’s your plan for success? How will you work together as a team to make this happen? Who else needs to be involved?

  • Sell it.

How are you going to sell your plan to key stakeholders, including your own people?

  • Build it.

Working over a period of at least a year how are you doing in putting your plan into action?

  • Grow it.

It all begins with an idea. But how open are you to new ideas to continue to grow your success?

  • Sustain it.

How good are you as a team in reviewing and learning from your experience to sustain success?

“ The team coaching was really beneficial to help us get a better understanding and alignment as a team.

  • You are a good listener, but you also probe very well to gain deeper insight into the dynamics of the team and the individual characteristics

  • Your understanding of the organisation and the dynamics of the business and its challenges put you in a unique position to offer invaluable support to senior leaders.

  • As the lead of a business who is not really aligned to a team of peers it can be a quite an isolating role, especially in times of challenge, so your support is especially appreciated.”
